D. M. Bileski has written many serious books including How to Build a Snowman in Summer, The Fine Art of Pencil Sharpening, The Bad Breath Guide to the World’s Most Popular Mints, and Belly Flopping for Dummies.  This is her first fiction book for kids who are willing to laugh at just about anything.  Her favourite time of year is the coldest part of winter so she can wear pyjamas all day and never has to brush her hair thanks to parkas and toques.
